First Alarm Financial is built to be usable by everyone, including firefighters using assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across the site and the application dashboard.
The interface supports keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, semantic headings and landmarks, and a light/dark theme with contrast-conscious color choices. Charts are rendered as inline SVG with accompanying numeric values rather than image-only visuals.
As beta software, some areas have not yet been formally audited against WCAG criteria. A comprehensive accessibility audit is on our roadmap before public launch.
